On this page you can file a complaint, compliment or report a site violation. In order to better serve you, we request that you first perform a NAPAC Member Search.

NAPAC serves as a liaison to consumers who purchase their medications and/or health care products through NAPAC Member sites. NAPAC only grants membership to United States and Canadian based Licensed Pharmacies and health care provider sites.

If you have a complaint concerning a non-NAPAC Member site, NAPAC will attempt to contact that specific site on your behalf. However, non-NAPAC sites may not respond due to questionable business practices.

Sites that offer to send you a prescription drug without requiring a valid prescription issued by a licensed physician are putting your health at risk!
