NAPAC Mission Statement:

The North American Pharmacy Accreditation Commission (NAPAC) was founded to better serve consumers in selecting reputable online pharmacies and specific health care provider sites in North America. Membership of participating pharmacies and health care provider sites is based upon recognized Standards of Practices Guidelines enforced by the NAPAC Executive Committee.

Standards of Practices Guidelines include; customer service, quality of product, receipt of goods via US mail and/or Canada Post, confirmed (verifiable) pharmacist licensing in the United States and/or Canada and expedited resolution of complaints.

NAPAC operates as an independent organization. NAPAC is not funded by pharmaceutical companies, pharmaceutical manufacturers, major retail pharmacy chains and/or government agencies. NAPAC answers to no one but the consumer and is concerned with the care, quality, licensing and customer service offered by NAPAC member sites to consumers.

The NAPAC Seal is retained by participating member sites and pharmacies, which adhere to NAPAC Standards of Practices Guidelines. Member sites and pharmacies, which do not adhere to NAPAC Standards of Practice, can be suspended.

NAPAC Seal

NAPAC recognizes that many Americans now purchase their medications from Canadian online pharmacies. The NAPAC Seal also serves to ensure that Canadian pharmacies (as well as US based pharmacies), and/or health care provider sites offering health related products are members in "Good Standing".

NAPAC Suspension:

Member sites and pharmacies can be suspended for any number of reasons, however, substandard customer care, questionable business practices and loss of pharmacy license in the United States and/or Canada are the most common causes of suspension.
